Object Removal

Service Description

Take the stress out of object left in the photos. We will remove 1 large object or 3 small objects from one image for a flat fee. Please note this is per image, so if these object appear in other photos an additional charge will be required for each unique angle. We also can not fix defects of the home or items attached to the home which would be considered a condition of the home. In addition, objects that are not removable by the home owner will also likely not be something we can remove. Objects like powerlines, electrical boxes, and other structures can not be removed without risking a claim that the edits rise to the level of "misrepresentation of the home"
